Use the Ocha sake set to serve hot or cold sake with homemade sushi, gyoza or chicken yakitori. Handmade in Japan, the set includes a traditional flask (known as a ‘tokkuri’) and four small cups (known as ‘ochoko’). The cups have wide rims so that diners can enjoy the full aroma of the sake as they drink it. Sake can be served at room temperature, chilled or heated up to 40°C - when it’s known as atsukan.
