Terre Exotique Wild Herbs, 50g

Terre Exotique’s wild herbs blend is an aromatic mix for Mediterranean cooking. A blend of basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano and marjoram, this seasoning is excellent sprinkled over moussaka, sweet tomato salads or baked feta.

You can also use this wild herbs mix as a dry rub for barbecued lamb, or add to vegetable soups for a burst of flavour. We also love mixing with breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan, then sprinkling over aubergine slices and gratins for a crunchy topping.

To preserve the aroma of these wild herbs, it’s best to add towards the end of the cooking process.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller.
