At Sous Chef, we want your kitchen to be your sanctuary; if your premium cookware or tools don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the quality of the returned culinary tools, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
