This artisan malt vinegar is worlds away from the traditional fish & chip shop malt. Produced using traditional methods, the vinegar has a complex and mellow flavour and a lingering warmth. The malt vinegar is brewed by craftsmen at the Artisan Malt Vinegar Company in Coverack, Cornwall. They slow-mature the vinegar in oak for three months, and then make certain that it remains unfiltered and unpasteurised for the finest flavour.

Use the vinegar for the ultimate fish and chips. Also perks up salad dressings, drizzle over roast tomatoes, or add a dash to braised dishes and stews.
