Kato Sangyo yuzu tea is zesty and refreshing. It’s made with yuzu, a fragrant citrus fruit with a tart, grapefruit-like flavour.
The tea has a consistency like marmalade, similar to Korea’s citron teas. It’s amber in colour, with visible strands of yuzu peel.
To make the tea, add two or three teaspoons to hot or cold water and stir until dissolved. It has a wonderful aroma with bold citrus notes.
Made with real fruit juice, this yuzu tea is packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. As well as drinking it, you can also use it as a spread. It’s great on toast, pastries and Greek yoghurt.
